Maybe a stupid question but….
June 10, 2008…reading about the flood I see lots of stories of sandbagging operations in Indiana and other states but none in Wisconsin. Why?

Report for duty at the County Highway shop on the north side of Jefferson. Our volunteers have been sandbagging for days. Visit my web for pics.
We are still helping the elderly by making visits and inspections and (way too often) clean up before mold sets in.
My greater point is that lots of cities were sandbagging BEFORE the flooding, not after. I was just curious why I did not see any articles about that in Wisconsin.
