Give it to your dog. They love the stuff. No kidding. By the way if you have a mixmaster…..
1 3/4 cup warm (110 degrees) water
Add two tablespoons yeast. Mix very well
Add two tablespoons sugar, two tablespoons oil, two teaspoons salt and mix well.
Add two cups of bread flour and mix with the paddle attachment until it looks like batter
Add two more cups flour and mix with bread hook until a dough forms. Slowly add 1/4 to 1 cup more flour until dough cleans the side of the mixing bowl and is no longer sticky. Then beat for 5 minutes on high.
Put in towl greased covered bowl let rise one hour in the (turned off) oven.
Form two loaves by shaping as balls or rolling flat and then rolling into french bread size logs and place on a greased baking sheet. Make slices in top then wash with beaten egg whites let rise 30 minutes while oven preheats to 400.
Bake 20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes, slice and enjoy. Leave a bit to stale out and give it to the pooch.
