Please leave

June 29, 2006

To all who are coming here for the first time, who do not know me and have not been here before, Please go away. I vent here. This is not meant to be a place for people to argue about what I feel. I promise to remove any link to your sites or quotes from your posts just email me the specifics.

I really did not expect this attention and it is not welcome. The post that I assume you are all here for was an expression of my anger, not a manifesto. I do not want to hear what you think I should believe. Please do not make me delete.

To my mil friends Charlie Mike

Update: One more email like that and I will retailiate

It is not a piece of cloth

June 28, 2006

It is an emblem of this nation. Not of a party or a belief but of the very nation itself. Any who oppose it oppose this nation. It’s very presence is cause for reverence. Its glory so strong that only it is fitting to drape the coffin of our heroes, and only it carries enough repect to be given to their widows.

Allowing it’s desecration is not high minded or Patriotic.

The utterence of plattitudes stating your personal affection for it while assailing her protection is no different than “I support the troops, but..”.

I have escorted good friends home and made sure that the banner was always affixed whenever the casket was moved.

I watched a widow barely more than a teenager handed the flag while the gratitudes of a nation were expressed.

I fought for this nation. Not for you or your precious laws or beliefs. I fought under her and by God I will protect her.

And once again, in this fight I am willing to die or deal violence. For striking a flame at her is an act of violence upon all who served.

Boots and sabers removed from blogroll

June 27, 2006

I have too many active duty friends who drop by who like me have taken buddies home in caskets wrapped in Old Glory and I can not link to someone who celebrates the failure of the senate to do the will of the people and protect our flag.

Update: So long Jib.

Kos is a frigin idiot

June 27, 2006

This is a quote from his post about the flag desecration ammendment failing.

“By the way, as a patriotic American, I find flag burning repulsive. But I find this Republican rubber-stamp Congress to be a lot more repulsive (2,500 U.S. dead and counting in Iraq) and frankly, unpatriotic. “

The vote was 66 to 34. 1 vote short of the 2/3rds required. What is his major point? That Dayton should have voted “nay” to make the margin 2 instead of 1. Why? To relieve pressure on one of the people running for reelection.

Do you know what you are when you actually bitch that someone should vote against their will and against the will of their constituants in order to allow someone to lie in order to get reelected? You are a friggin whore. You are a pathetically small, insigificant communist cock sucker. You are a little bitch. You are a DEMOCRAT.

And no I will not put a link to his post. You want to see it go search.
